Story

The TRADITIONAL HERBS Ritual

The pinnate leaves of Moringa oleifera, celebrated as 'árbol de la vida' or 'miracle tree,' cascade from branches that have fed communities across Africa, Asia, and now Central America.

The pinnate leaves of Moringa oleifera, celebrated as 'árbol de la vida' or 'miracle tree,' cascade from branches that have fed communities across Africa, Asia, and now Central America. Wild-harvested from Honduras' naturalized groves, these leaves carry profound nutritional wisdom recognized by indigenous healers and modern nutritionists alike.

Revered as one of nature's most complete plant foods, they are shade-dried immediately after harvest to lock in their exceptional vitamin, mineral, and protein density. Offered in whole leaves or powder form, free from heat degradation or nutrient-stripping processing.

How to Use

How to Use

Moringa Leaf Tea

Place 1 teaspoon (approximately 3-5g) of dried Moringa leaves in a teapot or cup. Pour 1 cup (240ml) of freshly boiled water (95-100°C) over the leaves. Cover and steep for 3-5 minutes. Do not oversteep, as Moringa can become bitter. Strain and drink 2-3 cups daily.

Moringa Powder (In Beverages)

Add 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of Moringa leaf powder to smoothies, juices, or lukewarm water (not hot, to preserve nutrients). Stir well and consume immediately. Take 1-2 times daily.

For Nutritional Support & Energy

Drink 1-2 cups of Moringa tea daily or add powder to morning smoothies for exceptional nutritional density. Moringa is one of the most nutrient-rich plants on earth, providing vitamins A, C, E, calcium, potassium, protein, and antioxidants.

For Blood Sugar Balance

Consume Moringa tea or powder consistently, 2-3 times daily, to traditionally support healthy blood sugar metabolism.

For Lactation Support (Traditional Use)

Nursing mothers may drink 2-3 cups of Moringa tea daily to traditionally support milk production.
