Delivery Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address, email, and phone number are correct at checkout.
DHL Express requires a phone number for delivery coordination. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delivery delays, returned packages, or additional fees.
Order Processing Time
Orders are prepared and packed at our facility in Honduras. Processing time depends on order volume, product type, and inventory readiness.
Retail Orders: Typically processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours (1-2 business days) after payment verification. You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships.
Wholesale and Bulk Orders: Processing timelines are confirmed during quotation and documentation alignment. Larger orders may require additional preparation time for export documentation (certificates of origin, phytosanitary certificates, MSDS, etc.).
Weekends and Honduran public holidays may affect processing times.
Shipping Method and Tracking
All eligible orders ship via DHL Express with full tracking capability. DHL provides door-to-door service to most countries worldwide.

Tracking updates may take several hours to appear after label creation. Delivery attempts, signature requirements, and local handoff rules may vary by country.

Estimated transit times via DHL Express once your order has been dispatched. Processing time (24-48 hours after payment verification) is not included.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery destination (country and region)
- Order weight and dimensions
- Shipping service level (DHL Express)
We strive to offer competitive shipping rates through our DHL partnership. For wholesale orders, shipping costs are confirmed during quotation.
Duties, Taxes, and Customs
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and customs inspections based on destination-country rules.
Shipping Terms (DAP Incoterms)
All shipments are made under DAP (Delivered at Place) Incoterms:
- Forestal MT responsibility: Shipping costs and delivery to your address
- Customer responsibility: Import duties, taxes, customs fees, and any additional local charges
Customs fees vary by country and product classification. DHL or local customs authorities will contact you regarding any charges before final delivery.
Customs Clearance
Customs processing times vary widely by country and are outside our control. If DHL or customs requires additional information or documentation, respond promptly to avoid extra delays or storage fees.
Forestal MT cannot guarantee customs clearance times and is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
Documentation for Import (Wholesale and B2B)
If you need specific documentation for commercial import, request it before shipment so we can prepare and include it with your order.
Common export documents we provide:
- Certificate of Origin (COO)
- Phytosanitary Certificates (where applicable)
- Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)
- Certificate of Analysis (COA) for specific products
- Commercial Invoice with HS codes
Address Issues, Delivery Attempts, and Returns to Sender
Failed Delivery or Incorrect Address
If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, refusal to pay duties or taxes, or customer rejection:
We offer two options:
- Reship the order: Additional shipping fees apply (calculated based on destination)
- Refund: Product cost minus original shipping/handling and any return fees charged by the carrier
How to Avoid Delivery Issues
- Ensure your phone number is reachable and monitor DHL tracking after dispatch
- Respond promptly to DHL or customs contact attempts
- Confirm your address is complete and accurate at checkout
- Be aware of potential duties and taxes for your destination
Returns Policy (Retail Orders)
Because our products are natural, origin-sourced, and often sealed for hygiene and safety, returns are handled carefully.
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unopened and in their original condition to qualify.
EU/EEA consumers also have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery, as provided by EU Directive 2011/83/EU. This right applies to unopened products regardless of the reason for return.
Return Conditions
Returns may be accepted when:
- The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, OR
- The item is unopened and in original condition (case-by-case approval required)
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In original packaging with all seals intact
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used products (for safety and hygiene reasons)
- Products without original packaging or with damaged packaging
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
- Clearance, sale, or discounted items (unless defective or incorrect)
How to Initiate a Return

Receive return authorization. If approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.

Ship the item back to us. For most regions, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. EU/EEA customers: If the product is defective or non-conforming, Forestal MT covers return shipping costs per EU Directive 2011/83/EU. Use a trackable shipping method and retain proof of shipment.

Inspection and resolution. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your chosen resolution within 7-10 business days.
Resolution Options
After inspection of the returned item, you may choose one of the following:
- Full refund: Issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
- Replacement: A new unit shipped at Forestal MT’s expense within 7-10 business days after we receive and evaluate the returned item.
Refund Details
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference and the payment method used.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable except for defective items shipped to EU/EEA destinations, where original and return shipping are refunded per EU consumer protection law. Outside the EU/EEA, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Damaged, Leaking, or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged, leaking, or with missing items, contact us immediately.
What to Do (Within 48 Hours of Delivery)

Take clear photos of the outer shipping box (showing damage), inner packaging materials, product labels and seals, and the damaged or leaking items

Resolution Options
We will review your case and offer one of the following:
- Replacement: A new unit shipped at Forestal MT’s expense after inspection of the returned item (7-10 business days after receipt)
- Full refund: Issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the item
- Partial refund: Issued on a case-by-case basis when damage is partial, a replacement is not desired, or the item is out of stock
Outside the EU/EEA, return shipping costs for damaged, defective, or incorrect items are the customer’s responsibility. EU/EEA customers: Forestal MT covers return shipping costs for defective or non-conforming products per EU Directive 2011/83/EU. In all cases, if a replacement is approved, Forestal MT covers the cost of shipping the replacement product to the customer.
Resolution depends on product availability, carrier claim outcome, and the nature of the issue.
Wholesale and Bulk Orders
Wholesale and bulk orders follow dedicated terms confirmed during quotation, including:
- Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs)
- Export documentation requirements
- Shipping mode (air freight, sea freight, or express courier)
- Payment terms and timelines
- Delivery schedules
Wholesale Returns
Due to the nature of bulk trade and export documentation workflows, wholesale orders are not returnable once shipped, except in cases of:
- Verified damage: Documented product damage upon receipt
- Shipment error: Wrong product or quantity sent by Forestal MT

Do you ship worldwide with DHL Express?
Yes. DHL Express is our primary courier for international retail shipments and many small-to-medium wholesale consignments, subject to destination coverage and product category rules.
How do I track my order?
After dispatch, you will receive an email with a DHL tracking number. Track your shipment at dhl.com/express/tracking. Tracking updates may take several hours to appear after label creation.
Who pays duties and taxes?

What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@forestal-mt.com with photos of the box, packaging, and product. We will review and offer a replacement, refund, or partial refund as appropriate.
Who pays return shipping?
For most regions, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. EU/EEA customers: If the product is defective or non-conforming, Forestal MT covers return shipping per EU Directive 2011/83/EU. In all cases, if a replacement is approved after inspection, Forestal MT covers the cost of shipping the new item to the customer.
Can I return an opened product?
Opened items are generally not returnable for safety and hygiene reasons. If there is a verified quality issue (contamination, defect, incorrect contents), contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will evaluate on a case-by-case basis.
How long does refund processing take?
Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately at support@forestal-mt.com to request an address change. Once dispatched, address changes must be coordinated directly with DHL Express (contact information will be in your tracking email).
What happens if no one is home to receive the delivery?
DHL will typically make 2-3 delivery attempts and leave a notification card with instructions. You may be able to arrange redelivery, pickup at a DHL service point, or authorize delivery without signature (depending on local DHL policies). If all delivery attempts fail, the package may be returned to sender (see “Address Issues” section above).
