- Customer responsibility: All applicable import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage charges, and compliance with destination-country regulations
Customs Clearance
The buyer is responsible for customs clearance in the destination country, including:

- Complying with destination-country regulations for product classification, labeling, and import restrictions
Forestal MT will provide standard export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin where applicable) to support customs clearance, but cannot guarantee approval by destination-country authorities.
Import Compliance
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products can be legally imported into their destination country. Some products may be subject to restrictions based on:

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after returned items are received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference and payment method used.
Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by Forestal MT (wrong item, verified defect, or confirmed shipping damage).
